5 lbs. ground beef
1 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
3 heaping tsp mustard
3 tsp cream style horseradish
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 c. onion diced
1 tsp Accent

Brown meat and onions.  Add rest
of ingredients.  Simmer 20
minutes.  Can increase all
ingredients (except meat) for more
flavor.  (I usually double almost
everything.  Might want to taste
before adding too much salt.)

Fills 20-25 buns.

Chicken Tetrazzini (Spaghetti)

12 oz broken spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
2 c. American cheese , grated and divided
4 c cooked chicken, diced
1/2 c Parmesan, grated
dash of paprika

Blend soups and broth.  Mix with half the
American cheese, all of the spaghetti and
chicken.  Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.  Top
with remaining American cheese, Parmesan
and paprika.  Bake 350 for 30 min.

I usually just layer noodles then mixed
chicken, cheese, and soups, and top with
rest of cheeses and paprika.

Chicken Enchiladas

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz. ) carton sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1 can green chilies, diced
1 (15 oz) canned chicken
21/2 c cheese, grated
1 c onions, chopped
flour tortillas

Mix soup, sour cream, chilies, salt,
and chicken.  Pour half of mixture in
bottom of 8 x 12  pan.  Roll cheese
and onions in tortillas.  Place on top
of sauce.  Cover with rest of sauce.  
Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.

I often put chicken inside of tortillas
with onions and cheese.  Use small
or lrg can of chilies depending on
your her preference.

Artichoke Chicken Bake

4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c mayonnaise
3/4 c Parmesan
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped.  remove
any tough outer layers
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 can French fried onion

Place chicken breasts in greased 8x8 pan.
 Mix remaining ingredients except
French fried onions.  Spread over
chicken.  Top with French fried onions.  
Bake 30-40 min at 350.
